Job Description Monitored and supervised daily operations of the golf range which including bay management (ball rentals and ProShop), Food & Beverage, Cafeteria, Event Management and Marketing.
- Monitor and supervise staff and general workers for the daily operation and disciplines.
Monitored F&B s cost and purchasing activities.- Work closely with Head Chef in promoting F&B and events.
To prepare Yearly Budget and control the operation costs in a regular manner to ensue budget adherence.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and updates management team on the daily /weekly/ monthly progress of the overall operation.
Strong Business Acumen with ability to prepare Business Report Writing.- Carry out any special projects or ad-hoc assignment/task as and when required/instructed by the Management.
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration / Food & Beverages/ Marketing / Sports Science or its equivalent.- At least 5-6 years working experience in related field.
Experience in facilities services and administrating of driving range golf club.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Provide excellent administrative support to Management.- Proficient in both spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Good analytical, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, multi-tasking and enthusiast.
Service oriented and able to communicate with all levels of members/guests.
