Qualifications & experience- Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in operation manager
Diploma or higher Conflict resolution
- Team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality
Good command of spoken and written English
Experience in selecting locations for chain brand stores (street shops, community shops, commercial complexes); experience in developing beverages outlet, or restaurants is preferred.- Familiar with negotiation terms related to outlet location selection, capable of negotiating initial project plans and collaboration intentions with developers.
Honest and trustworthy, with strong team management skills, negotiation abilities, and market insight.
