Objectives Assist operation head to Coordinating operational activities to ensure smooth factory operations.
On time delivery
Production OEE (Capacity analysis, UP improvement, Yield or scrap improvement)
Operation cost driven (Operation expenses, OSP)
Inventory management (Inventory and aging)
Develop and establish effective system to monitoring operation goals and implementing measuring, tracking and alert system for operation to iidentify improvement opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Enhance, developing and implementing standard operating procedures to optimise workflows and system to enhance factory operation.
Identifying operation bottlenecks, cost gap and areas for process improvement and implementing driving system to drive day to day operation activities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align and streamline process to improve operational goals
To work with operation teams on factory day to day operation activities and participate to create and execute plans to archive the division goals and KPI
To conduct cost studies and performance analysis in order to promote and implementing continuous improvement programs for the entire organization.
Driving team respond speed, ensure all enquiry from internal and external customer reply and update on time.
Prepare and present reports on operational performance and key metrics to senior management
Strong Analytical Skills: An operation executive must possess strong analytical skills to effectively assess data, identify improvement gap to improve operational efficiency.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for an operation executive to convey instructions, collaborate with team members, and communicate with cross function or department teams
Problem-Solving Abilities: Operation executives must have excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise in the day-to-day operations of a business.
Leadership Skills: As a leader within the organization, an operation executive should demonstrate strong leadership skills to motivate and guide their team towards achieving operational goals.
Computer skill: Excellent on Microsoft excel and power point
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Operations Management
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) is a plus
