About Us:- Temuan Hills, Rembau, Negeri Sembilan is a vibrant campground, pizzeria, and outdoor recreation destination. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operation Manager to join our team and oversee the smooth operation of our glamping and restaurant services.
Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the glamping and restaurant facilities.- Oversee staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance business growth and efficiency.- Maintain a safe and clean environment for both staff and guests.
Handle administrative tasks, including inventory management, reporting, and budgeting.
At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in the F&B industry, particularly in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
