Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with department heads to optimize inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies
- Manage and lead a diverse team of retail staff, providing guidance and support
Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events
- Ensure compliance with safety and security standards and handle emergency situations as needed
Evaluate and select vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to support operational needs
Requirements- Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role
Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems- Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement

- Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
