Operation Leader

This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow with us, taking on marketing responsibilities and transitioning into managing the day-to-day operations of our center.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.

• Handle inquiries and tours for potential residents and their families.

Oversee & involve in daily operations and ensure a high standard of care.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and development. Maintaining records.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Ability to travel on own.

Complete duties assigned from time to time.

• Qualifications:

Diploma in Nursing/ Business Management/ Marketing or other equivalent. SPM/ STPM leavers with good experience is encouraged to apply.

• Experience in healthcare marketing or management is preferred.

Able to speak Malay and English fluently. Ability to speak Chinese/ Tamil/ or any other additional language is appreciated.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Communication is very important at our center.

Patient, team worker, love to care elders.

• Ability to work flexibly and respond to the needs of the residents and the center.
