Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Take orders accurately and promptly, offering menu recommendations if needed.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Address guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and attentiveness.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery.
- Prepare and set up dining areas before and after service.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, and dining area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and teamwork.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, MANDARIN, English. Prefer Mandarin to speaking candidates to liaise with China colleague & customer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must posses at least a SPM or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
