Attend and monitor all customer service related enquiries through all channels, i:e; emails, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and related to that.- Has a basic knowledge in handling website
Oversees daily activity of the team
- Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed
Provides advice and guidance to other employees regarding stocks and inventory- Manages stock and inventory
Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Operates procedures for activities such as verification of incoming to and outgoing form of equipment / materials shipments from the warehouse.
Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate.- Compares deliveries with specifications indicated on purchase orders/contract documents and prepares discrepancy reports for any item not in compliance.
Using delivery documentation or delivery notes, prepares items for dispatch to clients.
- Inspects physical condition of the storage area, materials and equipment.
In conjunction with the superior, undertakes physical inventories if required.- Performs other duties as assigned to support other departments when required.
Keep the warehouse clean and presentable.
- Ensures all online orders are fulfilled
Conduct stock take on scheduled dates.- Able to start immediately is highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
