As an Operation Executive, you will play an important role in assisting the operation head in coordinating factory activities to ensure smooth operations, focusing on on-time delivery, optimizing production efficiency, managing operational costs, and overseeing inventory.
Monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
- Develop and implement SOPs to optimize factory operations.
Address bottlenecks, cost gaps, and improve processes.- Collaborate across teams to align operational goals.
Support daily operations and achieve division goals.
- Conduct cost studies and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure prompt responses to internal and external inquiries.- Present performance reports to senior management.
