Responsible for supporting Sales in managing customers travel needs and arrangements. Your responsibilities may also include but not limited to customer service. This person will report to the Operation Manager/General Manager
Support Sales to manage and prepare all aspects of travel operations including proposals, reservations, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
Assist in organizing and controlling project activities to ensure the workflow stays on track and within budget
Assist Sales in flight bookings for groups or IT/reservations, hotel bookings, preparation of costing and proposals, other ground arrangements for corporate clients.
Issue and monitor invoicing, collection of outstanding debts, preparing refund requisitions for customers
Assist project members with the coordination of resources, equipment and information
Schedule tour guiding assignments
Liaise with vendors and monitor adherence to service level standards
Report on project progress
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, objectives
