Operation Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure project deadlines are met.

Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflow and productivity.

Develop, monitor, and adhere to detailed project timelines.

Identify and implement strategies to improve operational processes and systems.

Design and implement optimized operational procedures.

Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders.

Address operational challenges with effective problem-solving skills.

Stay updated with industry practices through ongoing training and development.

• Qualifications

MUST BE ABLE to speak, write, and read English & Mandarin fluently

• MUST HAVE experience in Gaming or Web 3 industry

MUST HAVE minimum of 2 years experiences in operations management

• Nice to Have:

Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with technical tools or software relevant to operations management.

Previous experience in UI/UX design.

• Aptitude for learning and integrating new technologies into operational processes.
