Job Responsibilities:- Arrange shipments according to requirements and liaise with the internal department to ensure shipments are being handled promptly and delivered on-time.
Data analysis (including daily shipping data, daily inventory table, warehouse error and omission data, warehouse inbound and outbound data, order analysis, etc.)- Knowledgeable in various delivery channels, operation methods, delivery progress, delivery issues, handling customer complaints and monitoring KPIs
To be the point of contact in daily operations meeting and ensuring smooth execution of overall booking space with assigned forwarders.
- Ensure all document are in mannerly order and update from time to time.
Perform any ad-hoc task required by the Management.
Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.- At least 1 - 2 Years of working experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics & Supply Chain / Warehouse Company.
Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to go outstation- Mandarin speaker is preferred

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,800.00 per month
