JOB DESCRIPTION- Arrange shipments according to requirements and liaise with the internal department to ensure shipments are being handled promptly and delivered on time
Coordinate with other departments, logistic providers and shipping forwarders for smooth operation flow.- Data analysis (including daily shipping data, daily inventory table, warehouse error and omission data, warehouse inbound and outbound data, order analysis and etc.)
Knowledgeable in various delivery channels, operations methods, delivery progress, delivery issues, handling customer complaints and monitoring KPIs
- To be the point of contact in daily operations meeting and ensuring smooth execution of overall booking space with assigned forwarders.
Ensure all document are in mannerly order and update from time to time.- Perform any ad-hoc task required by the management.
Overseeing and ensuring the adherence to operational standards across all regional logistic hubs by diligently monitoring and analyzing CCTV footage to identify and address any deviations or inefficiencies in the logistics processes
- Assist in translation work from Mandarin to English or opposite whenever necessary.
Willing to locate in Puncak Alam
- Willing to work at night shift
Multi-tasking and positive working attitude.- Must have the initiative and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good written and verbal communication.
- Chinese or Mandarin speaker preferred
Candidate who possess their own transport will be added advantage
