Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the executive office functions
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients
- Maintain executive's calendar and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Assist in proofreading documents and reports
- Utilize computer literacy skills to handle various office software applications
- Implement efficient office management procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and DocuSign for electronic document signing
