We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Events Project Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Event Operation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing various events, ensuring their successful planning and implementation. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional events, this position is perfect for you.
Events coordination and execution of in-person event
- Manage and allocate on site set up, show day standby, on site dismantle with an objective to fulfil customer requirements and meet the expectation of customer.
Carry out fast and accurate assemble processes.- Manage the prepare for handover of venues by the time given.
Client management, event facilitation and briefing- Negotiate with 3rd party vendors to achieve targeted profit without compromising the project quality and safety features.
Develop initial logistics and transportation plans to support event plans.
- Ensure events follows all local security enforcement, workplace safety and health regulations and requirements.
Manage the event logistics plans with event organisers and vendors.- Manage the flow of volunteers movement and brief them with their job descriptions.
Perform initial check-up of vendors event deliverables to guarantee quality standards.
- Report security threats to management during events.
Troubleshoot on-site matters.- Work with event organizers to execute events.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external parties to ensure the project is delivered as per planned.
