- Attend and monitor all customer service related enquiries through all of our touch points. Emails, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Website.
- Ensures customer satisfaction and requirements are met in a timely manner
- Making sure our website and other sales channels backend are well monitored
- Ensures all online orders are fulfilled
- Using official delivery documentation when preparing items for dispatch to customer, suppliers and internal departments.
- Prepares data reports such as invetory and sales reports as needed
- Works closely with other departments if needed to provide data and any inputs regarding our customers and inventory
- Participate with stock take on scheduled dates
- Participate with incoming deliveries and shipment and safe keeping of all stock located within the warehouse
- Keep the warehouse clean and presentable
- Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Improves existing systems and policies
- Identifies improvement areas and plans and implements systems to boost company effectiveness
- Promotes and enforces safety in the workplace
- Handling and disposition of inventory items and keeping warehouse inventory current and accurate
- Performs other duties as assigned to support other departments when required.
- Works within the companys policies, objectives and quality management system.
-Experience in Fashion industry is an added advantage.
