We are looking for a highly motivated and impact-driven operation executive to join our dynamic team at CapBay. As a operation executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operation team by developing and implementing various programs, collaborations, and initiatives related to product and process development, financing, technology, and compliance with standards.

In this role, you will be expected to:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operation matters including disbursement checking (monitoring of pre-disbursement conditions and post-disbursement conditions) ensuring all standards and requirements are met.
Perform verifications with paymasters and suppliers.- Recording verification site-visits, ensuring site-visit verification reports are delivered, and scrutinizing the report provided ensuring it meets the standards and requirements placed.
Ensuring trackers (collateral monitoring, contract trackers, etc) are up to date.
- Responsible for loan disbursement to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard.
Help with data maintenance by compiling, creating, and updating data in the database and system to ensure data completeness and accuracy.- Perform disbursement checking and ensure that all documents are accurate, completed, in order, and in compliance.
Follow up on operational matters and ensure all actions have been taken and completed by related parties.
- Undertake various special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Previous experience in banking operations or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or training in banking may also be considered.
Experience in contract financing, trade financing, invoice receivables financing and factoring will be an added advantage.- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle transaction discrepancies.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing transactions and maintaining records.- Flexibility to adapt to changes in operation processes, technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
