Job Description

FOR BUSINESS SEGMENT - DEEP-SEA FISHING & PORT LANDING SERVICES

Preparing all the required shipping documents for imports, exports and transshipment.

Liaising with suppliers, customers and forwarding agent on cargo clearance, permit and logistics

Liaising with warehouse team on loading, unloading and delivery

Monitoring status of shipping arrangement and delivery

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of shipping information during drafting, reviewing/

verifying, consolidating and entering data into the system

Assist in collecting payments from clients, carriers etc.

Assist in arranging provision for fishing vessels (E.g., food provision, daily necessaries, ship's stores & etc)

Assist in maintaining vessel and crew related files and records to document transactions (physical

and digital copy).

Assist in preparing report to government authorities

Assist in recording, updating and entering data into the system

Assist in monitoring and renewing of tenancy, security, insurance, licenses, permits & maintenance

of company assets and other company premises.

Assist in monitoring and controlling the operating costs & expenses.

Assist in other Operations ad-hoc task (relevant) as assigned

  • Education Requirements

- Diploma/ Degree in Logistics Management or relevant field and/ or relevant working experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint, in particular)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,000.00 per month
