We are hiring Operation Executive.
Process sales order and liaise between customers, suppliers & transport companies to ensure efficient deliveries. And key in invoices and data into systems.
Comparing quotation and book shipment and delivery with freight forwarder or transport companies.
Prepare shipping documents to meet customer shipping requirement & feedback.
Compile reports & statistic where necessary and meet the deadlines.
Able to resolve any potential issues arising on project. Good at communication & able to work independently.
Data entry and other assignments.
Simple knowledge of book keeping or accounting
Enter transaction and tally Bank Statement monthly.
Setup the payment for expenses to preauthorize.
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in computer and Microsoft office (especially excel).
Good attitude and take initiatives.
Flexible time (subjected to individual performance)
Training will be provided Company trip
