You are responsible for the overall operations of the Manufacturing with complex/multiple product lines, Group and Divisions.- Strategically implement Manufacturing strategies consistent with overall Group and Division goals and objectives.
Provides executive leadership to a major manufacturing / supply chain function supporting a large and complex business unit. May lead functional operations at multiple manufacturing sites. Establishes and monitors production using metrics/budgets through systems, and initiates appropriate corrective action as needed and based on results. Establishes and controls project schedules, timelines
- Directs, guides, monitors, and evaluates Operations Team personnel to accomplish specific production and supply chain goals consistent with established operational, housekeeping (5S), and safety procedures and processes. Engage in problem solving in complex situations and process improvements in streamlining work processes.
Optimize performance on the production floor. Direct and lead the manufacture of assigned products consistent with high standard of operational excellences meeting safety standards, quality specifications, scheduled and an optimized operating cost.- Continuously assess manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement cost reduction efforts in production to ensure competitiveness
- Develop an effective organization as an ongoing process to ensure a highly trained multi-skilled workforce,
Provide guidance and development opportunities to foster an impactful work team at all levels.- Implement rigorous safety and quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies, procedures, systems and procedures requirements are in compliance.

Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
Requirement- Minimun10 years of experience in semiconductor packaging development and manufacturing
Bachelors/Masters degree in in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering or equivalent Minimum of 10-15 years in a manufacturing operation director/lead role
- Familiarity with ISO standards and GMP
Experience in instrument manufacturing/contract manufacturing environment- Skilled in process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies are a plus.
Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management- Lead project across organization and culture in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
