Responsibility:
- To provide full spectrum of clerical and administrative support to the team members of Business Development Department.
- Assist to maintain client database and ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner.
- Respond to queries and escalate where appropriate, in order to provide a timely and accurate service to clients.
- Liaise with various departments and customers to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries to prepare reports relating to business support operation.
- Support Managers to handle general enquiries of client independently.
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by the Management.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines.
- 2 year's clerical work experience is preferred, fresh graduate are welcome to apply, training provide.
- A good team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail minded, self-motivated, well organized with multitask.
- Proficiency in using MSOffice, Outlook, and other computer software applications.
- Knowledge of work routines and methods in order to complete processes under minimal supervision.
