JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Liaise with clients regarding import and export matters.
Monitor the release of import and export shipments to consignees.- Book transportation for cargo delivery.
Coordinate with authorities for cargo and customs clearance.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
Collect third-party bills to support documentation for invoicing purposes.- Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience (preferably with exposure to the logistics industry).
- Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.
