Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Liaise with clients regarding import and export matters.
Monitor the release of import and export shipments to consignees.
  • Book transportation for cargo delivery.
Coordinate with authorities for cargo and customs clearance.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Billing, and other Operations branches.
Collect third-party bills to support documentation for invoicing purposes.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the Quality System and procedures in daily tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • JOB REQUIREMENT:
Candidate must possess minimum SPM Certificate or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience (preferably with exposure to the logistics industry).
  • Only shortlisted candidate will be call for screening and interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,300.00 per month
