Job Description

Job Responsibility

Principal Accountabilities

Misc Stock Management

  • Liaise with supplier/material sourcing & comparison (quality & price)
  • Ensure miscellaneous stock is sufficient for daily operations
  • Take care of stocks level/stock count/planning & forecasting to provide consistent support to centers
  • Conduct monthly stock take
  • Raise PO and perform GR
  • Raise payment upon GR

Inventory Stock Management

  • Process centre daily stock ordering and liaise with logistic department for SO on line process.
  • Coordinating all matters pertaining to Centre Stock Deliver -
  • Stock ordering for New Centre opening and arranging stock allocation for new SKU and also promotional product/special allocation.
  • Coordinating all matters pertaining to Inventory in system.
  • Generate all reports relevant to stocks matter for analysis and review purpose.
  • Backup Jacklyns on all others brand inventory matters

AS Webstore and POS System

  • Inventory management at Mecom, Jetplus and spotify
  • Customer ordering support
  • All promotion setting and testing
  • Customer services administration
  • Generate all reports relevant to sales for analysis and review purpose
  • Backup Rachels on all Softcube promo setting

Centre Admin Support

  • To monitor and manage SMS clik text account by every centre (top up and control)
  • Process and manage centre name card ordering.
  • Monthly & quarterly form requisition
  • New centre opening support
  • Centre cleaner salary processing
  • Laundry service sourcing & price comparison
  • To monitor & to ensure appointed service provider is able to provide promising service

Job Requirements

Competency Requirement

  • Able to work independently and work with the team
  • Able to converse in English & Mandarin
  • Possesses own transport & willing to travel
  • 1-2 years experience in retail operations or relevant industry preferable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Secondary Education or relevant job experience in any retail inventory
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
