Assisting in Managing Daily Operations: Overseeing all aspects of the stations operation
Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and motivate staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to ensure product availability and minimise waste
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive experience for all customers
Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure the station complies with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Financial Management: Assist in managing the stations budget, track sales performance, and handle cash management duties
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and any incidents that occur at the station
Administrative Duties: Support in scheduling staff shifts and preparing reports or documentation
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within the retail or fuel industry
High school diploma or equivalent required
Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
