Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance job around KL Klang Valley (need to be able to ride motor)
Assist with day-to-day operations for maintenance job for healthcare product.- Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist in managing inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:- Min Diploma or degree qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or operations role with around 2 years experiences & above.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
