Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out maintenance job around KL Klang Valley (need to be able to ride motor)
Assist with day-to-day operations for maintenance job for healthcare product.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Assist in managing inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Min Diploma or degree qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or operations role with around 2 years experiences & above.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
