Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Ability to manage revamp and IT-out projects, maintenance issues simultaneously.
  • Handle day-to-day of retail commercial tenancy, new opening, business licenses.
  • Acquire and maintain office, retail store furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provides administrative support.
  • Responsible for IT-out by working with landlord leasing, contractor, supervise project execution and attend to all technical issue.
  • Undertake other special assignment, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
  • Always follow company guidelines and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in fit-out department in retail.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel across Malaysia.
  • Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Attention to details.
  • Able to work out of office hours.
