Operation Analyst

Mandatory Skills:

• Supply chain & Order management experience are mandatory

Technical Skills:

• Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as
• Logistics/Order management, import/exportoperationstypically with a large or complex global business unit.
• Develop reports and dashboards using excel and power BI
• Good presentation skills
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various regions to understand their pricing needs and translate them into automated solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues with existing systems, implementing fixes and enhancements as needed.
• Document all processes, systems, and code clearly and comprehensively.
• Drives backlog management and operations preferrable with Logistic Experience.
• Experience in MS Suite.
• Independently executes assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement if required.
• Ensure high level accuracy of acquired data.
• Provide high quality data reporting services.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaborative skills.
• Ability to perform additional tasking assigned by your Manager/Team Lead, open to learn with Growth Mindset.
