Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Will assist manager/ supervisor doing Inspection
  • Communicate with guests and clients.
  • Prepare some necessary reports.
  • Scheduling meetings/ travel arrangements
  • Maintain filing system
  • Office and e-mail management
  • Communication and coordination
  • Answer telephone calls/ inquiries
  • Perform other admin duties/ support

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • with Basic knowledge in Office management
  • Computer literate
  • Self-starter with good communication skill in English and interpersonal skill.
  • Familiar with Yacht or Jet Chartering is an added advantage
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties i.e. guests and clients
