- Operation admin executive
1) Arranging Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) signing with lawyers
2) Issue credit note letter, letter of consent,credit note, progress billing & data key in.
3) Prepare listing and notify related parties
4) Prepare weekly report
5) Monitoring and updating booking apps
6) Handling booking & cancellation form from agents
7) Sales conversion tracking with bankers
8) To perform any others duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by superior from time to time
9) Sales gallery maintenance
The Requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a SPM/minimum 2 years of relevant experience in credit admin/credit control in related field.
2) Good command in English as this role required to liaise with others parties
3) Good organisational skill and verbal communication skills.
4) Able to work independently, high committed, responsible and dependable.
5) Proficient in MS Office and PC skills.
6) Car driving license.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

- 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
