Job Description
- Performs assessment, provides nutritional consultation, and recommends suitable health regimes to clients.
- Responsible for achieving monthly and annual targets through promoting the company's products and services.
- Handle online inquiries on company products and services.
- Record customer database and follow-up clients.
- Follow up with existing clients on product experience from time to time.
- Conduct health talks (online/offline) on health-related topics and company products.
- Support in-house events/ roadshows/ corporate events.
- Provide contents of educational materials (PPT, pamphlets, poster etc) for internal usage/marketing purposes.
- Perform any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa is required for this role.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Have no issue working on rotational shifts, only office hours (2 days off per week)
- Positive working attitude with a good learning spirit and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal communication and service-oriented.
