Job Responsibility

Prospecting And Lead Generation

Identify potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.
Cold call or email prospects to introduce products or services.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the customer base.

Sales Presentations

Present product features and benefits to potential customers.
Customize presentations to address the specific needs and preferences of each prospect.
Use persuasive techniques to overcome objections and close deals

Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to maximize their experience with the product or service.

Sales Reporting And Analysis

Keep detailed records of sales activities, including contacts made, sales made, and follow-up actions.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and strategies.

Job Requirements

18years old and above
Malaysian citizen
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
