- Communicate clearly and professionally in Mandarin (Simplified and Traditional)
- Record customer interactions and follow up as needed

Location: KL, Cyberjaya, Sunway Visio, Kelana Central Point, Shah Alam, Penang
Salary: RM 3,000 RM 5,500 + Allowances
(based on experience and location)
What Were Looking For
- Language Skills: Fluent in Simplified and Traditional Mandarin
- Education & Experience: Fresh graduates or SPM holders with 1+ year experience in customer service
- Availability: Able to work shifts and comfortable with onsite work
