Key Responsibilities:- Proactively engage with online customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and promotions to effectively pitch and sell to customers.
-Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels (email, chat, social media).
-Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service at all times.
-Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to higher levels as needed.
-Work collaboratively with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
Proven experience in online sales and customer service roles.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills.
