Responsibilities:- To handle, reply and promoting sales on Facebook, WhatsApp, Email, Social Media and E-Commerce Platform.
To survey and study further on available potential e-commerce platforms.- Implement and support the companys sales and marketing activities.
To ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Report and highlight to your immediate superior for unsolved matters.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, or any other equivalent qualification.
Required skill(s): good communication, strong problem-solving ability, self-motivated, Good PR and passionate in Customer Service.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.- Familiar with either marketing platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, WeChat and etc
Experience or profession in either online selling platforms like Lazada.my, Lelong.my, Mudah.my, 11stree, qoo
- my, Shopee, Carousell, Taobao, Alibaba, Ebay.com, Amazon.com, shopping website builder or others online selling website and etc
- Fresh graduates who are interested to do sales/marketing and management are also encouraged to apply
