The Online Sales Team is responsible for leveraging various online platforms to drive sales, with a primary focus on platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and Carousell. However, their scope extends beyond these platforms to encompass social media channels such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, where they will utilize promotion strategies to maximize exposure and drive online sales conversions.
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about online sales and proficient in converting leads into sales;
- Experience with online sales platforms such as Facebook Marketplace and Carousell:
- Proficient in creating and managing product listings on Facebook Marketplace and Carousell.
Knowledgeable about the features and tools of these platforms to optimize listings for better visibility and engagement.
- Ability to post product listings and respond to customer queries promptly:
- Skilled in creating engaging product descriptions and eye-catching visuals for listings.
Prompt and professional in responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate product information, and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Proven track record in converting online leads into in-store sales:
- Demonstrated ability to turn online leads and inquiries into actual store visits and purchases.
Experience in using persuasive communication techniques to guide customers through the sales process and encourage them to visit the store.
- Familiarity with other online tools for maximizing online exposure:
- Knowledgeable about various online marketing and advertising tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Capable of utilizing these tools to increase the company's online visibility, attract more customers, and drive sales.
- Proficiency in personal branding on social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram:
- Skilled in creating and maintaining a strong personal brand on social media platforms.
Ability to create engaging and relevant content, build a loyal following, and effectively promote products and services.- Familiarity with social media analytics and insights to track performance and make data-driven decisions for improving online presence and engagement.
These requirements ensure that the candidate is not only capable of managing online sales effectively but also skilled in leveraging various online platforms and tools for maximizing online exposure and driving sales.
Working days: 6 working days, 1 day off
Working hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm, 12.30pm - 9.00pm
