Job Summary:
- As a Cross-Business Units (BUs) eDealers Marketing Manager for Bosch Power Tools in region AA, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective online marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through the company's network of online retail partners. This role will work closely with the e-commerce sales and digital marketing teams to optimize the customer experience and maximize revenue generation across various marketplaces.
- The goal is to improve Power Tools online brand presentation and sales conversion in the selected online partners stores.
- The Cross-Business Units eDealer Manager is a team member in the Online Marketing Team in region AA.
- The geographic scope of the position consists of Asia (Greater China, ASEAN, Turkey, Middle East) and Africa.
Job Tasks:
- Based on global Business Units strategy and the AA regional go-to-market Strategy, develop, and implement a comprehensive marketing activity roadmap for online retail partners.
- Collect the regional requirements on content and advertising. Define the framework in which activities shall be executed by Business Units and Cross-Business Units for online retail partners.
- You are on the driving sit of prioritizing and rolling out digital tools and systems that support efficiency and automation related online retail (ex: content distribution tool).
- For pre-defined, cross-country accounts, you will take an active role in executing marketing activities to ensure content and campaigns are set up correctly.
- Monitor KPIs regarding content and campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Create compelling digital marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, and product promotions for Cross-Business Units topics.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to other team members involved in marketing initiatives for online partners to ensure consistency and synergies.
Qualifications - What distinguishes you!
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Experience in online marketing, with a focus on working with e-commerce partners or platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, global and countries.
- Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, including search engine optimization, product listing optimization, and conversion rate optimization, social media landscape in AA and livestreaming channels.
- Project management experience and a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with the consumer goods industry and online retail landscape including key marketplaces in AA (this means the candidate shall have had experience with other markets)
- Knowledge and experience with power tools industry and Amazon business is a plus.
