Job Responsibility
- Assist in communicating with key account managers on designated platform's marketing campaigns, live deals, and promotions
- Manage customer service to provide a seamless customer experience for sales growth
- Work closely with designers to ensure deliverables consistently deliver brand value, the right products, and mechanics to maximize branding in e-commerce platforms and social media.
- To perform ad-hoc tasks when required.

- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's Degree or min Diploma in any field
- Well versed in Microsoft application.
