Key Responsibilities:
APR Program Management Office Leader (OL)
- Lead the Office Leader PMO to support employee engagement at the office and regional levels
- Gather and disseminate best practices on employee engagement to other offices
- Develop materials and agenda for monthly Office Leaders calls
- Build relationships with Office Leaders and local Social Committee/Friends of Events groups to understand local needs as well as identify broader regional areas for improvement in our communication and engagement agenda
- Manage the OL onboarding process when Leadership rotations occur
- Maintain and update the Office Leader playbook
- Collaborate with Global Internal Communications, Events, Market Executive Assistants, and other partnering support departments, as required
APR Communications and Engagement Agenda
- Lead planning and execution for Regional Oliver Wyman Days & monthly Office Days, including agenda development and coordinating local office execution in collaboration with Market Executive Assistants
- Create programs that will drive attendance and increase engagement and belonging
- Solicit input on programming and execution from Office Leaders and incorporate feedback
- Support all regional comms including weekly APR Pulse, quarterly newsletter, Support Professional-specific comms
Leadership Meetings and Regional Forums
- Work with APR CoS, Region Head and other stakeholders to support the design and delivery of regular Partner Meetings and All Staff APR townhall: coordinating the scheduling, agenda setting, material and speaker prep, follow up, etc.
APR Program Manager for Oliver Wyman for Society
- Serve as primary manager of Oliver Wyman for Society program in APR to ensure successful implementation and growth of program
- Work with APR Regional Social Impact Committee, local office Partners and colleagues designated as Social Impact Leads & Community Leads, as well as other relevant staff within region including Talent Management, Knowledge Management, Legal, and Finance to administer the full cycle of activities for the Program
- Share playbook and provide training and ongoing support to local leads
- Work with rotational Social Impact Leads to support the Social Impact project approval process and administration from project set-up through to reporting and communications
APR Net Zero Strategy
- In coordination with Global Head of Sustainability, APR COO and regional stakeholders ensure APR effectively implements and support OW and MMC's Net Zero Commitment
- Work with Regional Partners, consulting staff and support staff who have volunteered to help drive the agenda
Senior Advisors Program
- Manage APR Senior Advisor processes end to end, including new contract requests and renewals; proactively highlighting when renewal is required, guiding partners through the approval process and working with them on the business case, and working with HC teams to ensure full compliance with the process
Project Execution
- Support the APR CoS and COO in executing key strategic initiatives for the APR region and take day-to-day responsibility for ensuring activities are completed on time
- Depending on each project, this may cover some or all elements of the full project lifecycle from initiation, through design and planning, execution and testing, and into final monitoring and completion
Regional Business Processes
- In coordination with the APR CoS, help communicate and ensure adherence to firm policies and processes. This includes managing the access to tools and databases for Support Professionals and Partners, update global team on Firm Leadership changes, managing distribution lists set up and process, managing opportunity origination approval process and changes, etc
Experience Required:
- Degree level qualification required
- 5+ years of professional work experience in professional services firm (preferably consulting) in an administrative, project management or consulting role
