Job Description & Responsibilities:- Execution of the purchasing process, including issuing purchase orders, receiving invoices, payment arrangement and compilation of purchasing documents.
Follow up purchase orders issued to suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, progress, data, and documents as per ISO requirements.
Assist in the sourcing, selection and evaluation of existing or new suppliers to ensure the conforming of quality, cost and delivery.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as Account, Finance and Operations, to ensure seamless purchasing processes.
