Job Responsibilities:- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting.
Handles changes in job status and job titles.- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
Honours confidentiality of employees pay records.
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Good communication skills - verbal and writing.- Familiar with any Payroll Software is an added advantage.
Able to start immediately.
