4. Customer and Supplier Profile Management:She is responsible for creating and maintaining new profiles our system.

5. Journal Voucher Preparation:Her job roles include assist to prepare journal vouchers to accurately record accounting entries to meet closing deadline. adherence to Vendor

6. Vendor Management Compliance:Ensuring strict Management Policy, the candidate oversees due diligence processes and ensures annual vendor integrity form completion by suppliers.

7. Overseas Shipment Oversight:Monitoring an average of 16 overseas shipments monthly, the candidate ensures inventory capture for billing purposes, particularly for Ironman shipments, thereby preventing revenue delays. (without captured stock/inventory cannot bill out) - Shipment entries into stock must be processed promptly to prevent delays in billing customers and potential impacts on sales.

8. Stock Management:She also manage stock adjustments, including warehouse movements, cycle counts, and annual stock takes, ensuring optimal inventory management.
