We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate should have 7-17 years of experience in managing an office, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage office budget, expenses, and accounts payable/receivable
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage office inventory and supplies
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Supervise and manage administrative staff
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7-17 years of experience in office management or related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
