Responsibilities:
1) Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
>Checking GDPMD documents
>Prepare of authorisation letter for GDPMD
>Prepare of general office documents
>Prepare of stickers
>In charge of promoting and marketing material
>Postage and received of general documents.
2) Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
>Taking care of office utilities
>Take care of cleanliness of the office.
3) Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
>Order and purchase of office utility
4) Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
>Checking staff attending
>Handling staffs leave
>Calculate staff salary
5) Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
>Take care of company IT software like e-mail and Microsoft office licencing
>Take care of company website and facebook
6) Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
>Plan and Prepare company meeting and take notes during the meeting.
>Prepare and put notices
7) Perform receptionist duties
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in life science related fields, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English speaking and writing- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office application, social media
Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Positive attitude, self motivated, teamwork, aggressive, responsible and able to work within dateline with minimum supervision
Willing to work overtime as and when required- Knowledge in Regulatory Affairs, particularly in registering medical device or drug will be added advantage.
Good knowledge of relevant labor legislation and employment laws in Malaysia.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas.
Ability to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills.
