  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-functioning work environment.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
Assist in the onboarding of new employees by preparing workstations, coordinating orientation schedules, and managing access to office resources.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and follow up with clients as per superior advice
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases in an organized manner.
  • Assist with client communication, scheduling appointments, and managing customer inquiries.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices,
  • Support HR in maintaining employee records and handling confidential information with discretion.


  • Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Friday. All Kuala Lumpur public holidays are observed. Free parking access card provided.


  • Education: Certificate/ Diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 2/3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.

  • Memantau operasi harian pejabat, memastikan persekitaran kerja yang bersih, teratur, dan berfungsi dengan baik.
Mengurus inventori bekalan pejabat dan membuat pesanan apabila diperlukan.
  • Menyelaras penyelenggaraan dan pembaikan peralatan serta kemudahan pejabat.
Membantu dalam proses pengambilan pekerja baru dengan menyediakan ruang kerja, menyelaras jadual orientasi, dan menguruskan akses kepada sumber pejabat.
  • Memberikan sokongan pentadbiran kepada pengurusan dan kakitangan, termasuk menjadualkan mesyuarat, mengurus kalendar, serta membuat susulan dengan pelanggan mengikut arahan pihak atasan.
Mengendalikan surat-menyurat masuk dan keluar, termasuk emel dan panggilan telefon.
  • Menyediakan, menyunting, dan mengedarkan dokumen, laporan, serta pembentangan apabila diperlukan.
Menyelenggara dan mengemas kini rekod syarikat, fail, dan pangkalan data secara teratur.
  • Membantu dalam komunikasi dengan pelanggan, menjadualkan temujanji, serta mengurus pertanyaan pelanggan.
Membantu dengan tugas perakaunan asas, seperti memproses invois.
  • Menyokong bahagian HR dalam menyelenggara rekod pekerja dan mengendalikan maklumat sulit dengan penuh tanggungjawab.


  • Pendidikan
: Sijil/Diploma
  • Pengalaman: Minimum 2/3 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan pentadbiran atau pengurusan pejabat.


  • Waktu bekerja: 9 AM - 6 PM, Isnin hingga Jumaat. Semua cuti umum Kuala Lumpur diambil kira. Kad akses parking percuma disediakan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,500.00 per month
