Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Proofread and edit copies to be distributed internally and externally
  • Edit and/or write copies for greater clarity, including but not limited to letters, presentation decks, and marketing collaterals
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to produce quality copies
  • Plan and coordinate corporate communications activities
  • Ensure assigned tasks/projects are completed before deadline
  • Develop, manage, and update content on the corporate website, where necessary
  • Monitor adherence to corporate brand guidelines
  • Assist and support the Department in the execution of sustainability initiatives
  • Coordinate sustainability efforts to enhance GDEX's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibilities to Compile data for the annual corporate sustainability report
  • Be updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in sustainability
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by the Department

Job Requirements

  • Candidates with 1-2 years experience are preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communications, Sustainability, or other related fields
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English is a must, and fluency in written Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
  • Team player, possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient time management and innovative thinking
