We are seeking a dynamic and driven Office-Based Sales and Admin Executive
to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, technology-driven solutions, and enjoy building relationships while driving growth, this opportunity is for you.
- Engage proactively with potential customers, understand their needs, and promote our products and services to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including the preparation of quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate order deliveries with the warehouse and logistics teams.
- Regularly update customers and the sales team on delivery statuses via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and records.
- Exhibit a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and disciplined work habits.
- Flexibly handle additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
- Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong desire to learn.
- Minimum qualification: SPM/O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelors Degree in any field.
- Experience or interest in BPO, Customer Service, and/or Sales is preferred.
- Background in office administration, customer service, IT-related courses, or relevant work experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Preferably 2 years of related experience.
- Sales experience, especially in IT product servicing, is an added advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Monday Friday: 9:00 am 6:00 pm
- 5 Working Days per Week
- Basic salary: RM 2,700 RM 3,600 per month
