Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Handle clients and suppliers inquiries and provide assistance
  • Collect information & perform data entry
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Manage emails, letters, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 6 working days (9.00am-5.30pm)
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Language required: English and Bahasa
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • No experience required, but willing to learn (training provided at HQ - Pandamaran)
  • Fresh grads are encourage to apply
