Responsibilities - Manage office operations and procedures - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism - Maintain filing systems and databases - Assist in training development for new employees - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Perform clerical duties such as data entry and document preparation - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Ensure efficient communication within the office
Qualifications - Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail - Experience in calendar management and scheduling is a plus
