Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities - Manage office operations and procedures - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism - Maintain filing systems and databases - Assist in training development for new employees - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Perform clerical duties such as data entry and document preparation - Manage office supplies and equipment inventory - Ensure efficient communication within the office Qualifications - Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette - Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail - Experience in calendar management and scheduling is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,
  • 00 - RM2,000.00 per month
