Job IntroductionThe Office Administrator is responsible for the management of administration and office needs across two locations, our KL main office and our new KL central lab, managing all general administration duties.
Malaysia - Regional Office
Based in Mutiara Damansara, Malaysia and close to the train station, play a key role in the delivery of office services for a global leader in the lime and limestone business.
Our Office Administrator safely and efficiently performs general administration and office maintenance duties for the effective operation of our regional office and central laboratory.
- Key focus areas the role will include:
- General administration including management of office supplies for both the KL Office and Central Lab locations.
- Office maintenance coordination, including organising tradespersons to repair and maintain our offices and applying for permits for service providers
Answering incoming calls, attending to or redirecting messages promptly and professionally, including remote monitoring of intercom access
- Accounts administration, creating purchase orders and setting up new suppliers.
Coordinating office access passes and the receipt of goods and deliveries- Supporting management of significant Graymont meetings and events including travel and accommodation. Serve as a local contact for international visitors.
Regularly review office administration services and provide timely feedback regarding office administrative issues
- Responsible for coordinating employee experience events and managing social functions for the two locations
Provide support for health and wellness programs and other company wide programs in Malaysia.
- Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following attributes and qualifications:
- The successful candidate may have a corporate administration background,
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proven ability to work well autonomously.
