Job Description

Coordinate office activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Review and update office policies as necessary for any changes needed.
Assist with HR operations, coordinate projects & events as needed.
  • Track and replace office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.
Manage emails, letters, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
  • Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,200.00 per month
